Thursday 18th March 2021 LO: To effectively develop an idea for a disaster movie. Genre Conventions The characters 2012, World War Z and The day after tomorrow were trying to escape and both of them were not natural disasters. The disaster in The impossible and Contagion was a natural disaster. Most of them are set in the city and are trying to save their family. The characters are usually panicking and there is a lot of destruction. My disaster film It is about humans invading aliens and destroying their planet and the aliens have to leave their planet to escape from the humans as they could be killed by the humans. It is set on a planet that is not earth. It is set in the future. The humans would fly to the planet in a rocket to see if there are aliens there and when they find the aliens they try to kill them so the aliens try to escape from the humans. The message behind my film is that things aren't always as they seem. Tuesday 23rd March 2021 Equilibrium: The aliens ar...
